Abstract





Patient satisfaction is the result of the patient's assessment that the product or service has provided a level of enjoyment where the level of provision could be more or less. Patients will feel satisfied if their perception is the same or more than expected. Patient satisfaction is determined from the patient's perception of service performance in meeting patient expectations. The level of health service will influence the number of visits by pregnant women and thus health problems in pregnant women will arise. Quality service is expected to maximize a broad measure of client welfare.


This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of Antenatal Care services and the satisfaction of pregnant women at the KIA Polyclinic, Sulili Health Center, Pinrang Regency in 2024. This type of research is a cross sectional study method, conducted from October to November 2024 in the working area of ​​the Sulili Health Center with 30 pregnant women as samples. Total sampling technique using a questionnaire.


Based on the results of research on the relationship between the quality of Antenatal Care services and the satisfaction of pregnant women at the KIA Polyclinic, Sulili Health Center, Pinrang Regency in 2024 with the results of statistical tests, the p value = 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a relationship between the quality of Antenatal Care services and the satisfaction of pregnant women in Sulili Community Health Center, Pinrang Regency KIA Polyclinic in 2024.
